"Had it not been for this course, I may have been too timid to apply for a promotion which I am interviewing for today. You both have my word, that I will follow-up with my progress. That way, you will have another specific story to further support the tremendous value of this program. Thank you so very much. "
"Rather than engaging in the "cat fight", finding ways to redirect negative in-fighting to focus on supporting women. "
"The Take The Lead programs provide a safe and supportive environment for women climbing in their careers to have thoughtful and productive conversations about where they are and where they are going in their leadership journeys. You walk away with a plan and intent to take yourself to the next level, professionally, and personally. "
"I have already provided accolades for this class to my leaders in my organization and will continue to recommend the class to women inside my company. You are a gift to women and their journey to be recognized (not minimized) and welcomed as peers and equals in leadership! "
"I took your workshop a year ago and articulated that my personal action plan goal was to become a vice president of my firm. I used the power tool ‘Use what you’ve got’ to differentiate myself and demonstrate my value to the company as chair of the African American ERG. Today, I was informed I am being promoted to vice president."
"Take The Lead and the 9 Leadership Power Tools have been critical support pieces in my career journey! The course was life changing."
"I was ready to throw the towel in. The penny dropped during your session. Why did I assume that they can guess what I want just because I have shown them what I can do? After the course I scheduled meetings with the Head of IT, Head of Transformation and our Chief Operating Officer. The discussions were great. I found out that management did think I very much deserved the promotions and would work towards those opportunities. And in one case, I was even a successor for one of their jobs."
"After the 9 Leadership Power Tools workshop for our women's employee resource group leaders, our organization has experienced a positive and visible change in them. Because of the dynamic and practical strategies, our ERG leaders are working on their individualized action plans to consistently add value both to their own professional development and to our company "
